Daktaris
16.1h bay Holsteiner gelding born 2016. Bought site unseen in 2021 from a close friend Svenja Eckert in Germany .He was bred by Gunter Schuder, and started by Sarah Eckart and her daughter Pia. “Tari” is a high energy character who loves to show off his athletic abilities. Son of Dinken, by Diarado, out of a Cormint x Foxiland xx mare. In 2021 Ashley took Tari to his first horse shows. In 2022 he was USEA horse of the year at training level. This past year Tari had wins at both the 2* and 3* level, and aims to step up to the 4* level at the end of 2026. He has also placed at straight jumpers shows at the 1.30m level. The most remarkable thing about him is that he has never had a stop XC(20 penalties) over the past 5 years. With such a competitive and consistent record, we are excited to see what his future holds.
My Ernie
15.3h dark brown 2009 KWPN Gelding by Cardento, out of a Cantos x Abgarx xx mare. Ernie was previously ridden by Helen Wilson in England, where they completed Burghley 5* in 2022. 2022-2024 Helen switched to purely show jumping and competed up to the 1.40m level. In 2025 Ashley began competing Ernie at the 3* level of Eventing, though after a year and a half it was clear Ernie no longer had the same enthusiasm for XC. August of 2026 Ashley and Ernie competed in their first $24,500 1.40m Grand Prix in straight show jumping at HITS Culpepper and placed 3rd. With such immediate success, Ashley and Ernie will be aiming to compete in straight show jumping this fall season, with the end goal being the 1.45 FEI 2* Level Grand Prix at WEC Ocala in December.
OneHundredFour Melodies
“Hanni” is a 16.2h bay 2021 Holsteiner mare by Forever Jump(For Pleasure) out of ‘Real Melody’(Contender x Lord) mare. She was bred and raised by Gunter Schuder in Germany, and started by Sarah Eckert and her daughter Pia. As a 5yo Hanni qualified for the German National Championship in both Eventing(prelim level) and Show Jumping(1.20m). Ashley saw Hanni’s video on Sarah’s instagram page and it was love at first sight. After spending a week of trying other young horses in both Germany and Ireland, it was clear Hanni was still the perfect match for Ashley. Brave, fast, sensitive and sweet. At only 5yo, her future is very bright, and Ashley is looking forward to producing her to the highest level of Eventing.

Joanne Gardiner – Head Groom
Jo has always had a passion for horses. She grew up in a non-horsey household, though was never the less indulged, and spent every spare minute on a farm. Starting with ponies, and then graduating to racehorses and hunters.
Leaving University she spent 20 years working in high goal polo for one of the very top players before the constant travel became too much and she settled in Welllington, FL. Over the years she has worked in many disciplines and FEI levels of sport, and groomed at some of the biggest competitions. Jo has also spent years as a veterinary nurse and ambulatory technician. An academic at heart, she likes to read and research latest developments in care and welfare and generally learn as much as possible. Her greatest joy is having the time to devote to providing the horses she looks after the best care possible, and then watching them perform at the highest levels.
Downtime is spent with her two active Jack Russell terriers and reading both fiction and educational books, as well as word puzzles!
Peter Kehoe and Louise Cantrell-Kehoe
Ashley’s success in the saddle has been a family effort. Peter and Louise may not have been involved with horses themselves, however they supported Ashley’s passion when it became apparent it wasn’t just a phase. They leased Ashley a pony at 11yo. They bought her first horse at 15yo. Then the truck. Then the trailer. And the lessons. And the equipment. And the hours waiting around at the horse shows and pony club competitions. When Ashley started doing FEI Eventing competitions in college, Louise would step in and help as groom, learning from the great Max Corcoran(Who groomed for Karen O’Connor at multiple Olympic games). Louise and Peter were also supportive when Ashley graduated college, decided to sell Rebound, and ultimately put all her efforts into becoming a full time rider. They took over operating Rebound, which allowed Ashley to apprentice under top riders Sharon White, Michael and Natalie Pollard, Phillip Kolossa in Germany, and Jodie Amos and Emma Forsyth while in England. Louise and Peter have generously given their time and energy continuing Rebound since 2011. Their continued support and sponsorship has allowed Ashley to retain the rides on her current upper level equine partners, and focus on her growth both as a competitor and a trainer.
